Yin Yoga is the art of surrendering into long holds of seated or lying down postures. This stimulates the connective tissue in the body eliminating energetic blockages and revitalizing health and well-being to the systems of the body. In the same way a good twist of a wet towel wrings it of water, twisting yoga postures relieve our body of back, neck and even gut distress. In this class, we will explore all that yin yoga can do to repair and boost your gut health, empowering you to #BelieveInYourGut. Neutralizing poses that incorporate the center systems of our body, twists work the core and create movement in and around our organs to help detoxify and move things along!
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
