To approach the challenges of life with grace depends on our ability to cultivate and direct prana, our vital reserve. In this practice you will learn techniques to gather this hidden primal force, move through blocks and increase your vitality. Practice includes vinyasa, kriya and pranayama. Expect a vigorous warm-up followed by detailed focus on certain areas of the body.
