In this class you will dive into the many benefits of meditation, from stress management to connecting more deeply to who you are. Come and immerse in why meditation is such a game changer- physically, mentally and spiritually! Once you've been convinced (or reminded) of the powers of meditation, you will be taught a mantra meditation technique that you can use throughout the remainder of your festival experience, not to mention the rest of your life!
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
