Hula Hoop Foundations: On-Body Tricks

Embrace the foundation of hula hooping by engaging your core and cultivating a sense of ‘flow’ with on-body hoop tricks! This class will begin by warming up your core while hooping. From there the class will learn how to spin the hoop around the ankles, knees, waist, chest, and neck. We will expand to a deeper, more deliberate practice by integrating complex movements using the hands, arms and feet. You will be feeling warm and energized by the end! The class will conclude with a 10-15 minute stretching cool down.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
