Do you want to try Slackline Yoga in a short and sweet way? We have created a 40 minute class to introduce the concepts of our Slackasana Series to give students a quick opportunity to see what everyone is talking about! Slackasana is a moving meditation that will refine your sense of balance and mental focus. It involves balancing on a 1 inch wide 'yoga mat' (slackline). In this short and sweet Slackshop you’ll learn these three basic concepts of Slackline Yoga- standing (commitment), kneeling (core strength) and sitting (focus). All skill levels are encouraged to come. Take a chance and explore moving your yoga off your mat and onto a slackline! No experience necessary.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
