Welcome to Beginner SUP Yoga! This class is designed for you if you may not be sure what "SUP" stands for, if you might not be sure if you like the idea of yoga on a paddleboard and if you might even fear the idea of SUP Yoga. My goal is that you step into this class and are ready to learn the keys to moving on a paddleboard, maybe even experience some yoga poses for your first time and then leave excited to take another class soon. The idea of moving your yoga practice onto the water sounds really hard, but it's a whole new way to experience yoga and really explore your yoga, what the practice means to you and what the practice offers for you. Being outside offers a special experience in itself and adding water beneath you will exceed your expectations for class.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
