This Elements focused vinyasa practice, will begin in a grounded posture to bring awareness to the uniqueness of the space, the present moment & attention to your breath. You'll then be guided through ujjayi breath synced movements to warm your spine. Practice continues with a Sun Sal A, B, core series & challenging, creative C - with opportunities of space to find freedom of flow and play before being guided into longer held postures to build strength and stoke your internal fire.
