Whether you are new to yoga, SUP or both, come experience the wonder of finding peace & balance of a practice on the water. This Slow, Sensual, Sunrise practice, will begin in a grounded posture to bring awareness to the uniqueness of the space & the board supporting us as we float on the water. You'll then be guided through gentle, grounded, breath synced movements to warm your spine and help you feel more comfortable moving on the board. Practice continues as you are guided and reminded to move with grace and ease through a Sun Sal A, B & C - with postures being held a little longer throughout the C. You'll then be guided into grounded yin like postures where you can connect more deeply with yourself. Practice will be sealed with savasana, a guided relaxation, meta and gratitude. You'll leave the water feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
