A dynamic warm-up/dynamic stretching + drills (25 minutes) followed by a 45 minute interval run. The run will include a 10 minute easy warm-up/jog that leads into repeated intervals (short, intense efforts followed by an equal or slightly longer jog recovery.) Intervals will last a total of 25 minutes. Then a 10 minute easy/jog recovery. We will then do 10 minutes of core work followed by a 10 minute stretch.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
