Get ready to get dirty and hit the trails with confidence. This trail running clinic will teach the important aspects of trail running including benefits, form and technique, running hills- up and down, and pacing. We'll end the class with a group run off the beaten path. After class hang around for Q&A on gear, hydration, shoes, nutrition and safety.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
