Attendees will be taught several dynamic stretch movements that can be used before going for a run or before starting a workout. We will then go through several muscle activation movements that will ensure proper firing of muscles during a run/workout. Attendees will then be taught several drills that help increase speed & cadence (stride rate). We will then work through the essentials of good form (lean, cadence, posture & a mid-foot strike).
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
