Limited Capacity filling up

Join us for instruction on running the way the body is made to run. We'll begin in a class room setting with a kind and gentle video analysis of participant's running form along with instruction to make you a more natural runner. The class is intended to increase running efficiency and decrease the likelihood of injury. We'll end the class with some drills and a 30 minute easy run to practice your new skills.
Class time devoted to lecture: More than 45 minutes
