Limited Capacity seats available

Based on the popular Couch to 5K Training Program this class will teach you the basic elements of good running form followed by a 20 minute run/walk interval workout. Expect the instruction to last for 20 minutes and to exercise for 20 minutes. This class is for the most basic levels and there's no running experience required.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
