Turn our floating space into a yoga mat and gym as we combine our love for the two extremes on the water for a SUP Yoga and Boot Camp experience, where you might get a little sweaty. The class will begin with helping you get comfortable on the board and learning how to move from the front to back of the board while using our muscles and breath to warm the body. We will flow with a vinyasa yoga style, but also hold poses until you feel comfortable to move quicker on the water. There will be a "sweaty" portion of the class where we work to build our heart rate and have fun while maybe even falling in, but falling in isn't guaranteed. Challenge yourself to do something extreme this weekend and create your new floating yoga studio and gym in one on the water.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
