This class will focus on slowing things down, breathing into our movements and being gentle and mindful. We will start with pranayama exercises, softening into the flow of our floating studio. Next you will be guided through a slow flow where each pose is held to open our bodies up gently and mindfully. We will end with a long relaxing savasana on the water.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
